-حصل على شهادة الإجازة في اللغة العربية بكلية الآداب -فاس 1984.
-حصل على شهادة الماجستير في النقدالعربي من جامعة عين شمس في القاهرة سنة 1988.
-دكتوراه الدولة من جامعة ابن زهر أكادير المغرب سنة 2000.
-حصل على جائزة المغرب للكتاب في صنف الدراسات الأدبية واللغوية والفنية سنة 2015 عن كتابه " التبالغ والتبالغية نحو نظرية تواصلية في التراث " .
-بدأ النشر سنة 1985 بمجلة القاهرة، نشر أعماله بعدة منابر: العلم، الإتحاد الإشتراكي، أنوال، القدس العربي، آفاق، الوحدة، أدب ونقد، آفاق عربية.
-يتوزع إنتاجه بين الكتابة النقدية والمقالة الصحفية بالإضافة إلى كتاباته الشعرية.
-يشتغل حاليا كأستاذ للتعليم العالي بكلية الآداب-جامعة ابن زهر بأكادير- المغرب.
