كان يا ما كان في قديم الزمان، رجل اسمه الطنبوري، وكان عنده حذاء قديم جداً وكبير جداً لا يخلعه من قدميه أبداً. كان الطنبوري قد أصلح حذاءه عند السكافي، ما يقارب المئة مرة، جتى امتلأ بالثقوب والرقع الملونة! ولذلك صار حذاؤه مشهوراً جداً يسميه الناس "حذاء الطنبوري".
في يوم من الأيام أحس الطنبوري أنه مل من هذا الحذاء القديم، فقرر شراء حذاء جديد. ذهب إلى السوق وانتقى حذاء جميلاً، وبالطبع كبيراً جداً، على مقاس قدميه الكبيرتين جداً. ماذا فعل الطنبوري بالحذاء القديم؟
هذا ما سيقرأه الطفل في هذه القصة الشعبية الطريفة والتي قدمت بصياغة جديدة بسيطة ورسوم جذابة.
