عقدت ورشة الموارد العربية ورشة عمل إقليمية لتدريب مدربين على نهج من طفل إلى طفل في أيانابا -قبرص،3-9/5/2001. وكانت ورشة العمل هذه الأولى من نوعها التي أتت لتؤسس لتدريب مستقبلي وإنتاج موارد ارتكاز إلى نهج من طفل إلى طفل وإلى استخدام دليل التدريب الجديد "رزمة المنشط للعمل مع الأطفال والناشئة".
لقد أطلق إنتاج "رزمة المنشط للعمل مع الأطفال والناشئة" مجموعة من التوقعات وفتح الباب أمام آفاق جديدة لتعزيز التدريب على نهج "من طفل إلى طفل"، ولدمج هذا النهج ومشاريعه ضمن برامج الطفولة الأخرى. ولقد استجابة ورشة العمل إلى الحاجة المعلنة من قبل شركاء ورشة الموارد العربية التي تدعم قدراتهم بالمعرفة والمهارات بما يختص بنهج "من طفل إلى طفل" فضلاً عن المساهمة في تطوير ثقافة الموارد عبر اختبار "الرزمة" وتشارك خبرات التنشيط والتدريب المتنوعة في خمسة أقطار عربية.
من زاوية حقوق الطفل، شكلت هذه الورشة دعماً أساساً في تطوير فكرة العمل مع الأطفال والناشئة على المستوى الإقليمي. وقد روّجت لأساليب التعلم الناشط، والمشاركة، والتعبير عن الأفكار والآراء، كما ساهمت فى تعزيز فكرة "التعلم بمتعة" عن الذات وعن الدور المتوقع في المجتمع.
وهذا الكتاب الذي بين أيدينا يحتوي على ملخص يلقي الضوء بشكل سريع على أعمال الأيام السبعة ونتائجها.
