الإجازة: "هي تمليك عمل أو منفعة بعوض، ويمكن أن يقال: إنَ حقيقتها التسليط على عين للانتفاع بها بعوض".
يتناول هذا الكتاب مسائل الإجارة من كتاب العروة الوثقى بالشرح والاستدلال بأساليب البحث العلمي وبنفس الصياغة التي تعارف عليها العلماء المسلمون في الحوزات الدينية في البحوث الفقهية.
جاء الكتاب في جزاين، وتوزع على ستة فصول: تناول الفصل الأول تعريف الإجارة وحكمها (صحتها ولزومها)...، وبحث الفصل الثاني في اركان الإجارة وهي العقد، المتعاقدان، والمحل أي المنفعة أو العمل بالأجرة، وتسلط الفصل الثالث الضوء على الأحكام المترتبة على الإجازة وهي على نوعين: 1- الحكم الأصلي: وهو تملك المنفعة والأجرة، 2- الأحكام التبعية وهي عديدة ومنها: وجوب رد العين إلى مالكها عند انتهاء مدة الإجازة، ومنها حكم إفساد الأجير أو اتلافه لمحلَ العمل أة تلفه ونحو ذلك.. وجاء الفصل الرابع في تقسيم الإجارة إلى (إجارة إنسان) و (اجارة الحيوان) و(اجارة الأعيان) وبيان الفرق فيما بينها من بعض الجهات... وبحث الفصل الخامس في انتهاء الإجازة، وهي على انحاء منها: انتهائها بانقضاء المدة أو أداء الخدمة والعمل، (...) انتهائها بكشف بطلان الإجارة وما يترتب على الإنفساخ أو البطلان من الضمان وسائر الاثار... ويأتي الفصل السادس: في الإختلاف والتنازع. وهو قد يكون في أصل العقد أو كيفية أو في محلَه من العين أو العمل أو نوع المنفعة أو الأجرة ولكلَ منها فروض وتفريعات...
