كاتب هذا الكراس هو مايكل أوبر سكالسكي، الذي يعيش كصحفي حرّ في كولومبيا (ألمانيا). وهو عضو في هيئة تحرير النشرة الاستخبارية الألمانية "غيهايم" (سري)، ويصدر شقيقتها المجلة الإنكليزية "توب سيكريت" (سري جداً). كما ألف عدّة كتب حول قضايا استخبارية مثل السي أي إي في إيران "ونادي السي أي إي للقتلة." يتضمن الكرّاس معلومات وافرة عن: تنظيم جهاز الاستخبارات الإسرائيلية المسمى اختصاراً "موساد" - تحالفه وتعاونه مع الاستخبارات الغربية، وخاصة (إلسي آي إي) - (اعتداءاته بالتجسس والتخريب والاغتيال ضد الرب في شتى أقطارهم، وخاصة ضد الفلسطينيين - مساعداته الأمنية والاستخبارية للحكومات التسلطية التابعة للغرب في العالم المنامي، أو الحركات المناوئة للحكومات التقدمية في العالم المذكور...الخ... هكذا يبين لنا الكتاب الدور المعادي للعرب ولكل تقدم وتحرر في العالم المنامي الذي تقوم به الموساد، والذي تدافع فيه عن مصالحها ومصالح الأول الرأسمالية الغربية، وخاصة الولايات المتحدة، في تحكمها واستقلالها السياسي والاقتصادي للبلدان الفقيرة والمستضعفة. بذلك ربطت إسرائيل مصيرها بمصالح الإمبريالية والرأسمالية العالمية بقيادة الولايات المتحدة، وسوغت وجودها بالدفاع عن هذه المصالح. تعيش على حسابهم وتعمل لحسابهم، ومن يأكل من مادة السلطان، يضرب بسيفه.
