في هذا الديوان قصائد متنوعة متعددة المضامين، كثيرة الفضاءات في الحب والغزل والفقد والطبيعة والارض والوطن والرثاء والمناسبات المختلفة، يهديها الشاعر إلى أصحاب الهمم العالية وعشاق الفجر والوطن وإلى الضمير الإنساني أينما وجد، في زمن عز فيه الضمير، وضاعت فيه القيم وفي "آه من سطوة الفقدان.. آه من موت العبارة" قصائد تجمع بين قوة المعنى وصدق التعبير، يخطها الشاعر بلغة قريبة من القلب والروح معاً، تميزت بروحانية حالمة تنسل بعمق إلى أعماق ذات القارئ وربما إلى الطبيعة والوجود معاً... يقول: "سوف أبكي.. نعم.. هناك دموع، لا تجاري في مقتها.. لا تضيع/ سوف أهمي بثورة الصحب إني، دون صحبي لا يصطفيني الشروع/ والربيع الربيع بألف وجهي، كلما همت هام في الربيع...".
تتوزَع قصائد المجموعة في عشرة عناوين هي: "لو تأملنا ملياً وجه صالح"، "أبكي من يعرفه حزني.. أبكي نوارة جيلي"، "ترتيلة الشروع في نسق الفداء"، يا ميت الأحياء: هذي مسودة الرئاء"، "حوارية الموت وحيداً إلا من الصحراء"، "بعد عام.. خبر الفقدان أفضى"، "قضي الكشف.. التجلي لسيد الأزمنة"، "ترتيلات نجدية في تضاعيف الخليج"، "فقرة حرَى من كتاب الغياب"، وأخيراً "قراءة حرَى في أحزان راشد بن فهد الراشد على لبنان"..
