يقدم هذا الكتاب داخل طياته ألذ وأطيب الوصفات من المطبخ العربي والغربي، والأكثر شهرة، فكانت هذه التشكيلة الفريدة من الوصفات المختارة، قسمتها الشيف إلى ثلاثة أبواب ابتدأتها بـ"الحلويات" كشفت لنا عن أسرار صناعة الحلويات الشرقية والغربية، وهنا نجد بعض الوصفات التي ما زالت تحتفظ بصيغتها القديمة والشعبية ولكن هناك كثير من الأطباق أضيف إليها بعض الميزات لتصبح شهية أكثر مثل "خبيزات اللوز، بقلاوة بالجوز واللوز والبندق...الخ".
أما الباب الثاني جاء بعنوان "الشوربة" وهو عبارة عن طعام سائل مكون من عدة أطعمة ممزوجة مع بعضها، ويستعمل فيها اللحوم والدجاج أو الخضروات فقط، أو يستعمل الحبوب والحنطة، وهناك الشوربات التي يستخدم فيها الكريمة مثل "كريمة الكرات، كريمة البروكلي" أو "شوربة الفريك بكرات اللحم" أو "شوربة السبانخ" إلى آخر ذلك.
وتميز الباب الأخير من الكتاب بأنواع الخبز والمعجنات، إضافة إلى نصائح الشيف بكيفية تجميد عجينة البيتزا بعد صنعها إلى آخر ما لذ وطاب من طرق تصنيع الخبز العربي والإفرنجي مثل "خبز الدار، خبز بالجبنة، خبز بالسميد والنخالة".
