إن القرآن الكريم معين لا ينضب من الموضوعات. وفي هذا الكتاب قام المؤلف بتصنيف الآيات في كل موضوع حسب تسلسل ورودها في القرآن الكريم كما جمع لا حسب تسلسل نزولها على النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم حيث قام بإدراج نص الآية بكاملها وليس فقط الجزء منها المتعلق بالموضوع المصنفة فيه. كما قام بتصنيف فصول الكتاب بطريقة علمية ضمن أبواب صنفت أيضاً في أجزاء وذلك حسب ترابط موضوعاتها واندراجها نحو عنوان أساسي واحد، وضمن الفصول المخصصة للأنبياء والرسل سيجد القارئ فصلاً واحداً للنبيين زكريا ويحيى عليهم السلام نظراً لتداخل قصتيهما، وكذلك الأمر بالنسبة للنبيين موسى وهارون عليهم السلام، إلا أن القارئ لن يجد فصلاً خاصاً برسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم؛ لأن القرآن الكريم كله مخصص لدعوته.
ولترتيب الفصول اعتمد المؤلف تسلسل الحروف الأولى من أسماء أنبياء الله لا تواريخ بعثة كل منهم. بالنسبة غلى الجزء السابع الخاص بأهل الكتاب، أدرج المؤلف في الباب الأول "أهل الكتاب عامة" الكتب التي لم تشر صراحة إلى اليهود أو النصارى وإلى جانب اليهود والنصارى جاء ذكر الصابئة في بعض آي القرآن الكريم إلا أن المؤلف لم يخصص فصلاً لهذه الطائفة نظراً للغموض الذي لم يوضح بعد أصولها وتعالمها. أما الجزء العاشر، الخاص بالدعاء، وبخلاف ما تم اتباعه في باقي الأجزاء، اقتصر المؤلف، في بعض الآيات على إدراج الجزء منها والذي ارتآه دعاءً.
