وفي هذا الكتاب الجديد من السلسلة بعنوان "كبير وصغير" نعالج الكلمات التي تدل على الأحجام والأشكال-كبراً وصغراً، طولاً وقطراً، سمناً ورفاعة-وكذلك على الأوضاع النسبية للأشياء-فوق، تحت، أعلى، أسفل، صعوداً، نزولاً، بجانب، حول-مقترنة بالأجسام والموضوعات والمناظر المألوفة لدى الطفل.
إن التكامل الذي استهدفته سلسلة "العلم في الصغر" يهيئ للطفل مجالات التفتح المبكر على دنيا القراءة والأشكال والحساب والألوان والحياة في أجواء الجدة والمتعة والسعي إلى المعرفة.
