الآجري (000 - 360 هـ = 000 - 970 م)
محمد بن الحسين بن عبد الله، أبو بكر الآجري: فقيه شافعي محدث.
نسبته إلى آجر (من قرى بغداد) ولد فيها، وحدث ببغداد، قبل سنة 330 ثم انتقل إلى مكة، فتنسك، وتوفي فيها.
له تصانيف كثيرة، منها (أخبار عمر بن عبد العزيز - خ) و (أخلاق حملة القرآن - خ) و (أخلاق العلماء - ط) و (التفرد والعزلة) و (حسن الخلق) و (الشبهات) و (تغير الأزمنة) و (النصيحة) و (كتاب الأربعين حديثا - خ) و (كتاب الشريعة - ط) و (الغرباء - خ) و (تحريم النرد والشطرنج والملاهي - خ) و (فرض طلب العلم - خ) و (ما ورد في ليلة النصف من شعبان - خ) و (التصديق بالنظر إلى الله عزوجل وما أعد لأوليائه - خ) في الظاهرية، ذكره عبيد.
وفي مخطوطات الرباط (323 ك) نسخة في خمس ورقات من تأليف له باسم (جزء فيه ثمانون حديثا عن ثمانين شيخا)

Book Description
يعد كتاب الشريعة للإمام أبي بكر محمد بن عبد الله الآجري من أنفس الكتب في ميدانه فقد طرق أبواباً هامة جداً فصدّره بلزوم الجماعة، وعدم الفرقة والحثّ على التمسك بكتاب الله وسنة رسول الله، ووسّطه بالرد على المبتدعة وإثبات الصفات لله عز وجل، وختمه بشفاعة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، مع ذكره لما ورد في الميزان، و... و... الخ. وقد شحنه بمئات الأحاديث، وقد بلغت تعدادها مع الآثار الموقوفة والمقطوعة (1060) والمرفوع يساوي ثلثي هذا الرقم تقريباً.
وربما قال قائل: إن فيه أحاديث ضعيفة، والجواب: نعم هناك أحاديث ضعيفة لكنها لم تفرد بباب معين بل كل باب من الأبواب التي ذكرها المصنف فيه الصحيح والحسن والضعيف، وبهذا يتبين أن ما ذكره من الضعيف إنما هو للاستئناس به بكثرة الطرق لمتن معين أو لزيادة في ذلك المتن ليس في المتن الصحيح الإسناد.
ولأهمية هذا الكتاب اعتنى "عبد الرزاق المهدي" بتحقيقه وبتخريج ما ورد فيه من أحاديث، كما وقام بتصويب ما وقع فيه من تصحيف أو تحريف، هذا إلى جانب شرحه لبعض الكلمات الغريبة، وترقيمه للأحاديث المرفوعة، والآثار الموقوفة.
