التعليم الذي أعنيه ذلك الذي يربي الإنسان، ويطور ملكاته، ويعده لكي يفكر ويخطط ويستكشف، يهيئه ليكون أداة صالحة للتغيير إلى الأفضل، وليس مجرد تزويده بالمعلومات ومنحه شهادة وتخرج.
مسؤولية التعليم وتطويره ليست وقفاً على وزارة أو إدارة ما، وإنما هي مسؤولية مشتركة تتحملها الأمة ممثلة في قطاعيها الحكومي والأهلي، وفي وزاراتها المختلفة، التعليم والتربية والمالية والإقتصاد والتخطيط والإعلام والعمل وغيرها من الوزارات.
تطوير التعليم لن يتأتى إلا إذا سبقه ومهَّد له إيمان بالقضية، وفكر هادف، وتخطيط علمي سليم.
الذي أرجوه من رسالتي هذه أن يقف القارئ بين سطورها وفي نهايتها ليتساءل: ما الذي أستطيع أن أفعله شخصياً لأشارك في هذه المسيرة.
