Book Description
عانى الشاعر أبو القاسم الشابي في حياته القصيرة من خمود الذكر، ولكن أثره بدأ جلياً بعد موته إذ ترك رحيله بروداً وخموداً على الساحة الأدبية، وقد أشار إلى ذلك محمد صالح الجابري في كتابه "ديوان الشعر التونسي الحديث"، كما أشار إلى مثل ذلك الشاعر التونسي الأصل المصري النشأة محمود بيرم التونسي في قصيدة له في تأبينه والحق أن الشاعر بعد رحيله قد نال حظاً من الاهتمام وعرفت مكانته، وكتب عنه ونشر كثير من قصائده ثم جمع ديوانه ونشر. ولكل الدراسات التي عرفت عنه لم تكن بالمستوى الذي يليق بشاعر مثله قد تجاوز شعره عصره، فكان فذاً فيه، إذ كانت هذه الدراسات في جملتها أميل إلى المختارات منها إلى الدراسات التحليلية فيما عدا دراسة الدكتور محمد فروخ في كتابه "شاعرات معاصرات" ثم في كتابه "الشابيّ شاعر الحب والحياة" الذي لم يكن ليخرج من الأول في أمور ذات بال في تقديم الشاعر، إلا أن دراستيه هاتين الأولى والثانية كانتا سريعتين، وإن توقف في الثانية طويلاً للرد على منتقديه.
من هذا المنطلق تأتي هذه الدراسة الذي أرادها الباحث أن تكون بمثابة تقديم الشابي، مقدماً شخصية من خلال شعره وشعره فحسب كما هو في ديوانه الذي أشرف عليه وعلى نشره شقيقه محمود الأمين الشابي. وقد عين الباحث بإيراد الشواهد من شعر الشابي لتكون الدراسة تحليلية تطبيقية أكثر منها نظرية، متبعاً بعض الفصول بمختارات منه تتلاءم ومضمون الفصل ومن ثم تكون تتمة له.
