بدأت بالتمثيل مبكرا وعملت كمدبلجة كرتون ،انتقلت بعدها للكتابة التلفزيونية وحققت نجاحا مع الفنان عبد العزيز جاسم كما حصلت على الكثير من الجوائز عربياً, وتُعد حالياً كاتبة المقالات والمسلسلات، تميزت في كتابة المقالات، وتكتبفي جريدة العرب من الأحد إلى الخميس.
عام 2001 اشترت الكاتبة فجر السعيد قصة «يوم آخر» لإنتاجها عبر مؤسستها مع الاحتفاظ بحقوق الكواري الأدبية والمالية ككاتبة للقصة، وبالفعل دفعت مبلغاً مالياً وقدره 29 ألف دينار كويتي ولكن تأخرها في تنفيذ العمل أدى إلى مطالبة الكواري لاسترجاع القصة وإعادة المبلغ المدفوع في السابق وسارعت أيضاً في تسليم قصة «يوم آخر» لإحدى المؤسسات القطرية لتنفيذه، حيث انتهى طاقم العمل من تصويره لعرضه في رمضان إلا أن مؤسسة فجر السعيد أنتجت مسلسل بعنوان «الحريم» من تأليف وبطولة حياة الفهد وتقول المصادر نفسها ان العمل مشابه «ليوم آخر»،

انقلوا عني من عرف الحب لم يعرف الملل. الحب شباب وعطاء وغداء جملة نقلتها بدوري من الفيلسوف الأمريكي إيمرسون. وهو القائل أيضاً: "أتعس الناس إنسان لا يحب" والحياة بغير حب كما يقول جبران خليل جبران شجرة لا أزهار لها ولا ثمار، والحب بغير جمال أزهار بغير عطر وثمار بغير بذور. الحياة والحب والجمال ثلاثة مفردات ينصهرون في ذات واحدة مستقلة لا تقبل التغيير ولا الإنفصال. والحب شعاع سحري ينبثق من الأعماق الحساسة وينير جنباتها. فترى العالم موكباً سائراً في مروج خضراء. والحياة حلماً جميلاً بين اليقظة واليقظة.
والحب يخلق جميع الفنون وهو ناشر السلام بين الناس كما يقول أفلاطون. ولم يحدث أن قامت حروب أو قطيعة أو خصام بين أناس يحبون بعضهم البعض. وإنما العكس هو الصحيح. ويبدأ الحب الحقيقي حين لا تتوقع مقابلاً له. وما أكثر الكتب والمقولات التي كتبت عن عاطفة الحب المحركة للكون.
ولكن هل يوجد حب حقيقي في الواقع أم أنه مجرد قصص وحكايات؟. وهل هو فعلاً كما قال لاروشفوكو، "كالأشباح، كل الناس يتحدثون عنه وقليل منهم رآه"؟
