شعرية المعمار اللغوي هي عمل مقصود من المبدع، تختزل مشاكل الخلق الشعري إلى مسائل لغوية، ووفقاً لهذه الرؤية لمفهوم شعرية المِعْمار، تأتي المقاربات النصية التي تقدمها الدكتورة سهى زوجة لشاعر راشد عيسى الذي ترى فيه أنموذجاً فريداً دالاً على قصيدة المبدع في إبداع معمار لغويٍّ إستثنائي في مجمل شعره، مؤكدة أن قارئ المنجز الشعري لراشد عيسى لا شك في أنه سيحدس إن لم يقرر أن في لا وعيه الشعري مهندساً لغوياً حصيفاً حذقاً، وفناناً أدبياً أصيلاً مُجدداً يستدخل نظام اللغة إذ يقصد، ويقيم أودها على وفق معايير تكفل السلامة البنائية للغة...
وعبر هذه الجدلية تم إنجاز هذه الدراسة العميقة في شعرية راشد عيسى من خلال سجالٍ خفيٍّ بين المبدع الأول "راشد عيسى" والمبدع الثاني "سُهى نعجة" لتكشف عن مضمون عميق على مستوى التفكير اللغوي، بل أكثر من ذلك أنه رجع الصدى، بين شاعرٍ مبدع جواسٍ خلال أقانيم اللغة، وبين نافذة باهرة الرؤية والأداة.
فانتظمت الدراسة في أربعة فصول، تناول الفصل الأول "المعمار الصرفيّ والنحويّ في شعر راشد عيسى" بينما تناول الفصل الثاني الموسوم بــ "ثلاثية الزمن لراشد عيسى" مقاربة نصية نفس - لغويّة، وقدم الفصل الثالث قراءة حول "الأنا اللغوية في قصيدة (جوار مع الحرية) لراشد عيسى، ويأتي الفصل الرابع والأخير بعنوان "تقاسيم نقدية لحوارات راشد عيسى الصحفية الورقية والإلكترونية" وفيها يقدم الشاعر رأيه في القصيدة وشعر الومضة وقصيدة التفعيلة وقصيدة النثر وشعرية القصيدة وأدب الطفل / الطفولة في القصيدة، ثم كانت النافذة الأخيرة وقفة إرشادية للمؤلفة في عرض ما أنجز عن راشد عيسى من بحوث ورسائل جامعية، ومقترحات لعنوانات بحثية حَريّة لمن رام البحث فيها والدراسة.
