أما الفصل الرابع: ويعد لب وصميم هذا الكتاب إذ تم تخصيصه ليقدم برنامج تدريبي علاجي للحد من صعوبات التواصل لدى أطفال الأوتيزم، الفصل الخامس: وهو لا يقل أهمية عن الفصل الرابع ويعد دليلاً وعوناً لجميع العاملين في مجال الأوتيزم خاصة في مجال التشخيص، الفصل السادس: وعرض المؤلف فيه خبرته مع بعض الحالات التي تعامل معها من خلال هذا البرنامج التدريبي المقدم في هذا الكتاب بهدف تحفيز الجميع على تطبيق هذا البرنامج لعله يكون خطوة هامة في مجال تحسين حالة أطفال الأوتيزم بوجه عام.
