"سيليكون وقصص أخرى" عمل أدبي يتضمن (سكيتشات) إنتقادية يقدم من خلالها الكاتب السوري "أنجاد قصيباتي" قراءته النقدية للواقع الإجتماعي والسياسي المعاصر في قالب هزلي ساخر.
وفي هذا العمل إقتناصات قصيرة تعكس مظاهر فاسدة، فردية، وجماعية منها ما يطفو على السطح، ومنها ما يتوارى خلف الأقنعة، تتقاطع مكوناتها مع صور الحياة المتعددة، بأشكالها الظاهرة والمستترة، الكثير منها مضحك، ولكن، في عمقه بكاء وتألم عميق.
يقول المؤلف عن عمله هذا " ... أنصحك يا عزيزي بأن تضع هذا الكتاب من يدك إذا كنت تحمله وأن لا ترهق نفسك ومحفظتك بشرائه .. اللهم إلا إذا كنت تريد تضييع ساعة من عمرك – تزيد أو تنقص – تبتسم فيها قليلاً وتحزن قليلاً وتغضب قليلاً وتكتئب قليلاً وتتفاءل قليلاً وتلعن عروبتك قليلاً وتسترد مشاعرك الإنسانية قليلاً وأنت تقرأ سكيتشات رسمتها بالقليل من الكلمات ... سرقتها من الواقع وغطيت سرقتي ببعض ظلال الخيال".
