إن فينومينولوجيا هوسّرل هي كالتجربة التي في أعماق كل نفس، شهادة على سّر الكون، ومطالعة للغيب، عشرة مع الوجود، ألفة مع مفردات الأشياء والموجودات، إعادة إكتشاف للكلمات والأحاديث.
إنها تجربة كالشعر والنبوءة، وكحدوس أكابر العلماء من أصحاب الرؤى، لا تكتفي بوصف مجرى العالم أو بمعاينة الأحداث والوقائع، وإنما هي فهمٌ أبعدُ من أيّ فهم، من أجل أنها في سعي وطلب للمسائل التي هي "الأعلى والأقصى".
ومن أجل هذا جاء كتاب "قولُ الأصول: هوسّرل وفينومينولوجيا التّخوم" الذي يتتبع خلاله "فتحي إنقزّمر" ويقتفي أثر الإشكالية الفلسفية لهوسرل جمعاً بين تتابع أطوارها التاريخية والتحولات الفلسفية التي رافقتها، ولا سيما من الجهة التي أبصر فيها مؤسس الفينومينولوجيا بالمواضع الكبرى لمسألة المسائل عنده: (قول الأصول)، فإن هذا القول يردُ تباعاً بحسب ما يقدّر له الفيلسوف من الشروط وما يرسم له من الآفاق: من جهة الميتافيزيقا إبتداءً (الفصل الأول) لكونها عصب هذه الإشكالية ومأتى المصاعب كلها، وبخاصة من حيث تعلقها بمفهوم الحديثة وتوفيرها للصياغة النسقية للتحليلات العينية وكذلك لتأويلها النهائي.
ومن جهة الزمانية (الفصل الثاني) بوصفها منوالاً نموذجياً لمعالجة المصاعب الخاصة بالتحليل الفينومينولوجي، ومحنة فلسفيةً حقيقيةً على محكّها تُختبر قدرات أيّة فلسفة وممكناتها؛ وأخيراً من جهة التاريخ (الفصل الثالث) الذي، وإن كان دوماً في مرتبة متأخرة، فإنه هو الذي يعطي الفلسفة الفينومينولوجية مداها التأويلي، وهو الذي يعيد طرح سؤالاتها من جديد، لا إحياءً لذكرى ماضية او إتخاذاً لعبرة، وإنما نزولاً عند الأصول والبدايات التي مكنت لهذا التاريخ وجعلت له من المعنى ما جعلت.
