هذا الكتاب مختارات في مديح المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم, والتعبير عن شمائله ووصف سيرته وحياته. وهي أناشيد خالصة متجردة, صدرت عن قلوب مفعمة بالصدق والإخلاص, لا يدفعها الهوى, ولا يسوقها الغرض, ولا تصدر عن طمع, لأنها كانت لوجه الله خالصة, وبحب الرسول لاهجة, إضافة الى ما اشتملت عليه من الحكم والمواعظ والقيم السامية النبيلة, والمناجاة والتضرع, الى جانب تهذيب النفوس وتحليتها بالفضائل, وإظهار محاسن الشريعة الغراء. وقد تم اختيار هذه الأناشيد من دواوين واسعة, ومن كتب التراجم والتصوف, وصدرت بمولد العلمي وبقصائد مختارة لابن الفارض والبوصيري وإقبال, عساها تغرس غصون محبة الله ورسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم في قلب كل إنسان, وتكون متعة لقلبه وصفاء لروحه, وأي صفاء أعظم, من شغل النفس بتلك الأقباس الروحانية التي بثها المصطفى في أرجاء الوجود: رحمة أرسله الله لنا.. وشفيعاً قد غدا فينا غدا, ليس يحصي فضله إلا الذي.. هو أحصى كل شيء عدداً.
