تم النسخ لهذه المسودة بيد كاتبها أحمد بن محمد بن أحمد عمر في السابع والعشرين من شهر ربيع الأول عام 1428 الموافق الخامس عشر من شهر أبريل 2007م.
هذه سيرة عطرة لعارف الله تعالى حل في أعلى مقامات الولاية في زمنه وكيف لا وقد كان يجتمع بالمصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم يقظة ويشاوره في جميع أموره وقد شهد له بذلك من عاصره من أكابر الأولياء.
أقام بالمدينة المنورة ما يزيد عن تسع سنوات كان خلالها يدرس بالمسجد النبوي الشريف فتفقه وتربى على يديه الجم الغفير من ساكني المدينة المنورة ومن الذين يفدون إليها من سائر الآفاق لزيارة الحبيب المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم ثم أنه أرتحل عنها بأمر من رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إلى سواكن شرق السودان والتي أوشك أن ينزل عليها من الله تعالى البلاء بسبب ما أستشرى فيها من الفساد، فأخذ يدعوهم إلى الله عزّ وجلّ على بصيرة حتى إستجابوا لدعوته بتوفيق الله تعالى وعونه فدان له كل من كان فيها فمكث بينهم عامين ثم ارتحل إلى موطن أجداده بالدامر وظل بها إلى أن اختاره الله تعالى إلى جواره عن عمر لم يتجاوز سبعاً وثلاثين عاماً فأعظم به من عمر مبارك حق فيه قول الشيخ علي الخواص: إذا حفت العناية عبداً صارت كل ذرة من عمره تعادل ألف عام.
