هذا كتاب "من مبادئ الاقتصاد الإسلامي" قدم فيه المباحث لمحبي الاقتصاد الإسلامي وقرائه وطلبة العلم والجامعات خلاصة معلومات وردت عن جوانب مهمة من اقتصادنا الإسلامي، يحتاج إليها كل مسلم غيور على دينه.
إن موضوع هذا الكتاب ومحتوياته تشمل أموراً متنوعة وموضوعات برزت على الساحة في هذا القر، وقد اتبع الباحث في معالجته للموضوعات كل ما يندرج تحت فروع البحث المختلفة من إضافة جديد وتجميع متفرق وتفسير مبهم وتلخيص مطول، وغير ذلك.
وإن تشابهت العناوين والمفردات مع بعض الكتب والأبحاث فالمعالجة مختلفة، وربما يكون الهدف كذلك، وقد حرص الباحث على الإيجاز غير المخل بالمسألة إلا إذا دعت الضرورة إلى غير ذلك -لينسجم ذلك مع عنوان الكتاب.
ورغم أن الموضوعات متشعبة الجوانب كثيرة الفروع إلا أن الباحث أعطى فكرة واضحة عن معظم المسائل التي وردت، رغم أن بعضها يحتاج لمؤلف مستقل، وذلك حرصاً على تقديم صورة واضحة بقدر الإمكان عن اقتصادنا، في وقت تكالبت عليه قوى الشر العاتية من صليبية حاقدة وشيوعية مارقة ملحدة، وطفيلية مستغلة.
وبالعودة لمتن هذه الدراسة نجدها قد توزعت في سبعة فصول ناقشت الموضوعات التالية: الفصل الأول: تمهيد والتعريف بالاقتصاد الإسلامي: مفهومه، نشأته، إغفال تطبيقه، أركانه والتعريف بالاقتصاد الرأسمالي والاشتراكي. الفصل الثاني: الملكية في الاقتصاد الإسلامي: الملكية العامة-معناها، أهدافها، مجالها ومصادرها، الملكية الخاصة-معناها، أهدافها، مجالها ومصادرها- وسائل حماية الملكية الخاصة والعامة. الفصل الثالث: الإنتاج في الاقتصاد الإسلامي: مفهومه، حوافزه، عناصر الإنتاج، طرق الكسب غير المشروع ومنها الإنتاج المحرم. الفصل الرابع: الوظائف الاقتصادية للدولة الإسلامية: التخطيط، التدخل الاقتصادي. الفصل الخامس: الإنفاق في الاقتصاد الإسلامي: أهدافه، ضوابطه، مجاله. الفصل السادس: السياسة الاقتصادية في العقود والمعاملات. الفصل السابع: العلاج لمشكلاتنا الاقتصادية.
