وتناولت بقية الفصول خصائص المرشد المدرسي ومهماته. وشروط انتقاء المرشد المدرسي وبرامج إعداده.
وعالجت مشكلات الطلاب في المدرسة، الدراسية منها والسلوكية.
ويعد هذا الكتاب محاولة قصد بها المؤلف أن يلم القارىء أو الدارس بموضوعات الإرشاد المدرسي آنفة الذكر، والتي تفيد الطلاب والمدرسين والوالدين والعاملين في الإرشاد والمشرفين على العملية التربوية.
