نقدم للقارئ هذه الدراسات في فلسفة التأويل لأشهر فلاسفة الهيرمينوطيقا في العصور الحديثة: هانس جيورغ غادمير. هذه الدراسات قيظ من فيض إذا ما أدركنا أن ما كتبه غامير من هذا الميدان يتجاوز آلاف الصفحات، واخترنا أهم الدراسات كمدخل إلى الفكر التأويلي وستعقبها دراسات أخرى لا محالة متى سمحت الفرصة. جاءت هذه الترجمة لتغني المكتبة العربية بموضوع التأويل الفلسفي عموماً وفلسفة غادامير خصوصاً التي لم تتلق بعد العناية والهتمام الجدير بها. لا نزال نكتشف باحتشام وتأخر هائل هذا البحر التأويلي الذي لا ساحل له إذا علمنا أن مؤلفاته، وخصوصاً "الحقيقة والمنهج"، ترجمت إلى أغلب اللغات العالمية كما أن آثاره المعرفية وبصماته التأويلية لا زالت تثمر أعمالاً وكتباً وأعلاماً في التأويل المعاصر أمثال الإيطالي جياني فاتيمو والأمريكي ريشار روتي والفرنسي بول ريكور.
