أتُراني وقعت في الفخ، وحلّت بي نقمة الكتاب الأول؟ داهمني هذا الشعور الغريب وأنا أتصفح الكتاب بعد أن نفضت عنه غبار السنوات الثمان. أودعت ذاكرتي في الكتاب، وأفكاري كذلك. الذكريات ثابتة، لكنّ الأفكار تغيرت.. مع كل فصل تعود بي الذاكرة ليوم كتابته، حينما رسمت الحرف هنا وعشتُ الموقف هناك، وأتساءل كيف تُنضجُ المرءَ السنون! تعاقب الأيام لن يشعرك بتقلبات الأفكار ، ونضج السلوك، وتطور الوعي باتجاه النضج المأمول ، ولكن كتاباً تخطه يمينك ثم تودعه مكتبتك كما أودعته أيدي الناس كفيلٌ بأن يذكرك بأسلوبك، عاطفتك، حدود تفكيرك، نظرتك للحياة قبل سنوات ومقارنتها بما أنت عليه الآن. وما تكتبه اليوم هو خير أداة لمقارنة نفسك بنفسك بعد سنوات. ولكن حسبي بأن غرضي من الكتاب كان واضحاً حين تأليفه وهو توثيقُ مرحلة، ونقلُ تجربة، وكشفُ اللثام عن عالم الابتعاث لكل بعيد عنه. ولأجل ذلك جعلت الكتاب تقريباً كما هو ، يعكس المبتعث ( أنس ) كما كان، وليس كما هو عليه الآن. ولو أن كل مؤلف غيّر وبدّل في سِفره لما وصل إلينا كتاب، فالنضج لا حد له، والكمال عزيز .. توقف هنا الآن .. و عُد إلى 2009م ..
