إلى جانب هذا يحتوي الكتاب على التعديلات التي طرأ على هذه القوانين وعلى المراسيم المنظمة لها وفيما يلي ذكر لعناوين هذه القوانين: قانون القضاء العسكري، تنظيم السجون، النظام الداخلي للسجون التابعة لوزارة الدفاع الوطني، حفظ سجلات السجون، أحداث للسجون في وزارة العدل، تنظيم العمل في معهد إصلاح الأحداث، الأطباء الشرعيون وتحديد اختصاصهم، مراسيم تعيين الأطباء الشرعيين في المحافظات منذ 1993، تنظيم السجل العدلي، إنشاء فرع للسجل العدلي في كل من طرابلس ومحافظتي الجنوب والبقاع، العقوبات في قانون تنظيم مديرية الأمن الداخلي، إنشاء مستودع لحفظ السجلات وملفات الدعاوى والأوراق والمواد الجرمية، هذا بالإضافة إلى بعض المراسيم والقوانين الأخرى.
