في تطور لافت لعلوم التعلم والتعليم ووسائلها الحديثة، وبما أن العقل له الأثر الكبير أثناء العمل بشقيه الإرادي واللاإرادي لما يعطي من إيعازات للغدد وغيرها والتي تؤثر بشكل أو بآخر على كل أنظمة الجسم وقد تفيده في أحيان كثيرة وقد تضر به في أحيان أخرى.
وبناءاً على أبحاث علوم المخ والأعصاب وعلم الأحياء وعلم النفس، فإن فهمنا للعلاقة بين التعلم والمخ يشمل الآن (الإنفعالات، الأنماط، المغزى، البيئة، إيقاع الجسد، التوجيهات، التوتر، الصدمات العصبية التي يتعرض لها الإنسان، وعمليات التقييم، الموسيقى، الحركة، النوع والإثراء في عملية التعلم).
لمشكلة التعليم عناصر أساسية مثل الأولويات: "برامج قصيرة المدى"، "والبرامج القديمة لإعداد المعلمين"، "والميزانية المنخفضة جداً للتعليم"، "والصراع على الدرجة الوظيفية وسلمها في مجال التعليم والغيرة المهنية"، "عدم تطور المعلمين ومواكبة التقدم بكل جوانبه".
ومن هنا، ومن خلال ما نحمله من تخصص كان علينا البحث ملياً في هذا الجانب وتوظيفه خدمة لأبنائنا وإغناءاً لأفكارهم وصحتهم للنهوض ببلدنا إلى المستويات العالمية المتحضرة المتعلمة.
