(تنزيه الصفوة) هو مخطط بقلم السيد علي الحسيني الأصفهاني (ت 1415هـ) يدور موضوعه حول كيفية بدء النسل من ولد النبي آدم عليه السلام.
يستند الكتاب في شرحه إلى كلام العلامتين: السيد الطباطبائي في تفسيره (الميزان)، والشيخ الفيض في تفسيره (الصافي). ويدور حول تفسير الآية الأولى في سورة النساء: كلام في تناسل الطبقة الثانية من الإنسان فإذا كانت الطبقة الأولى من الإنسان هما آدم وزوجته حواء قد تناسلت بالإزدواج فأولدت أخوة وأخوات. فهل تم التناكح بين الأخوة والأخوات، كما هو ظاهر قوله تعالى: "يا أيها الناس اتقوا ربكم الذي خلقكم من نفس واحدة وخلق منها زوجات وبث منهما رجالاً كثيراً ونساءً واتقوا الله الذي تساءلون به والأرحام إن الله كان عليكم رقيباً" (النساء:4/1)... أو أن النسل في أبناء آدم (عليه السلام) تم بالتناكح بين أبناء العمومة، بعد أن أنزل الله تعالى من الجنة حوريتين تزوج بهما ابنا آدم: شيث ويافث، فأولد أحدهما ذكراً والآخر أنثى، فتزوج ابن العم بنت عنه، فنشأ النسل على طريقة مشروعة؟ إذاً يحاول هذا الكتاب إثبات أن النسل من ولد آدم قديم بطريقة مشروعة؟
هي تساؤلات تثير الجدل يجيب عنها هذا الكتاب عبر روايات مختلفة منها: كلام العلامة الطباطبائي، الفيض الكاشاني، كلام الفاضل السيوري، روايتي العلل...إلخ.
