في ديوانه الشعري (ما بعد الكلمة شعر) يرى "منصور عجمي" الشعر في كل النساء، ومحبوبته إحدى قصائده، وأعذب كلماته، وكيف لا وشاعرنا لا يحيا ولا يصحو إلا على حبَ.
تحت عنوان [لو سميتك الشعر] يقول الشاعر: "... لو سميتك الشعر/ تصبحين الشعر/ وكل القصائد/ غير أن الشعر كل النساء/ وأنت إحدى القصائد/ أنت بعض الكلام/ ولكن أعذبه/ ولكن أطربه/ وأنا مذ صغت بعض الكلام/ الذي صار بعض النساء/ صرت ذاك الشاعر الهادئ/ الهامس الذي/ يهوى الغناء(...)".
يضم الديوان قصائد غزلية تتمتع بجزالة الجمل، وجمال اللفظ، أطل من خلالها الشاعر بمختلف فيوضاته الوجدانية والقلبية نحو المرأة. وزعها الشاعر على ستة أبواب هي: "حب ما بعد الحدائة"، "ما بعد الكلمة"، "ما بعد الوطن"، ما بعد الجمال –تقاسيم"، حاضر الزمن الآتي"، ما في البال: ما في الحياة".
