بريشة شعرية تصبو إلى استحياء ماضٍ من جهة، وتصوير حاضرٍ من جهة أخرى، ينشغل الشاعر محمد سعيد الضنحاني بالتعبير عن حب الوطن وناسه وصانعيه فيرسل قصائده إلى حماة الديار وأهلها.
تحت عنوان "قايد المجد" القصيدة التي افتتح بها الديوان يقول: "يا قايد المجد إنت المجد وعنوانه/ يا شيخ إذا مال فينا الوقت تسندنا/ القلب لك فاتحٍ كل يوم بنيانه/ يا جنة الخير لي بالحب تسعدنا/ نعشق وطنَا.. نسوم الروح منشانه/ من يوم زايد على الإخلاص وحدنا/ والله وهبنا خليفة.. العز ميدانه/ فوق الثريا عن الباقين صعَدنا/ نفخر إذا قالوا انا نحن عربانه/ ودايم على فيض جوده الكل يحسدنا/ يا حظ شعبٍ تقود اليوم فرسانه/ (...)/ الله يديمك ولا يفرق سواعدنا". هذه الرؤية التي يعبَر بها الشاعر عن التلاحم بين القايد والناس اكسبت النص نوعاً من الروحانية التي يتصف بها الشاعر، تلك الصفة التي تسكره حد الإنتشاء في ظل الوطن/ الإمارات، ما يعطي لقصائده الكثير من الحضور والتألق.
يضم الديوان قصائد متنوعة ألقاها الشاعر في مناسبات مختلفة تراوحت بين الشعر العمودي وقصيدة النثر جاءت تحت العناوين الآتية: "قايد المجد"، "سيد الناس"، "نسل الأخيار"، "يا زكي الأصل"، "رمز الوفا"، صدفه"، "إنسان ميت"، "عطني الغلا"، "أحتاج لك"، "مسكين قلبي"، "صياح الفجر"، (...) وقصائد أخرى.
