من كان في صحراء قاحلة فلا بد وأن يأوي إلى ظل حتى يحتمي من تلك المهلكة ومن كان في جو صيف شديد الحرارة فلا بد وأن يأوي إلى ماء بارد ليروي ظمأه ومن كان في ليلة من شتاء قارص البرودة فلا بد وأن يأوي إلى دفء حتى ينجو من تلك البرودة وكل ذلك يفعله المرء حتى يحمي نفسه وبدنه من الأمراض والأسقام التي قد تصيب البدن بالضعف والأمراض ولكن إذا كان المرض هو تلك المصائب والمغريات التي تصيب النفس بالأمراض القلبية في جو مليء بالفتن التي أصبحت كبحر متلاطم الأمواج ولا نجد في تلك الأجواء التي تصيب قلوبنا بما يهلك نفوسنا إلا اللجوء إلى من لا يوصد بابه ولا يرد في وجه أحد طرقة من ليل أو نهار كما أخبر بذلك الحبيب صلى الله عليه وسلم في قوله: "إن الله يبسط يده بالليل ليتوب مسيء النهار، ويبسط يده بالنهار يتوب مسيء الليل، حتى تطلع الشمس من مغربها.
فيا لها من فرحة كبيرة لكل مكروب ومهموم ومذنب. ألا ندعو الله تبارك وتعالى وقد أخبر المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم في حديثه قال: من فتح له باب الدعاء فقد فتحت له أبواب الرحمة، ويقول أيضاً صلى الله عليه وسلم: لا تعجزوا في الدعاء فإنه لا يهلك مع الدعاء أحد". فيا لها من بشرة حتى نحمي أنفسنا من أمراض القلوب بالتضرع والرجوع إلى الله والإبانة إليه سبحانه حتى نفوز في الدنيا براحة النفس وهنئ العيش وفي الأخرة بجنة عرضها السموات والأرض.
