إن الدراسات التي تناولت هذه المهارات كانت تستقي معارفها من محيط العلم البشري، وقد قدّمت للبشرية نتاج فكرها، وعصارة تجربتها، القديم منها والحديث، فتناولت الإستماع والتحدث والقراءة والكتابة، بمختلف مهاراتها وآدابها من خلال المعرفة البشرية القائمة على الملاحظة والتجربة، وهذا حسن ومفيد، ولكن الأكثر حسناً، والأعظم فائدة – بلا شك – هو أن ننهل من منابع التنزيل، وأن نرد مناهله المتدفقة، فنقرأ ونستقرىء، ونفهم ونستفهم، ونجهد الفكر على ضوء من التفسير، ونحاول أن نؤصل لتلك المهارات اللغوية، حتى تتم الفائدة منها، ولا سيما أنها وردت في مواضع كثيرة من القرآن الكريم.
والقرآن الكريم حافل بكل ما تحتاج إليه البشرية في الدنيا والآخرة. فيه هدى وبشرى وبيان للناس.
وبناء على ما سبق، فإن هذه الدراسة تسعى إلى تأصيل مهارات الإتصال اللغوي، والتعرّف عليها في القرآن الكريم، ومعرفة أهم مهاراتها وآدابها من خلال الإستقراء ومن ثم الإستنباط، وكيف يمكن الإستفادة من ذلك في إمداد الميدان بالمفاهيم التأصيلية لهذه المهارة.
