إن خطاب التفوّه بوصفه نتاجاً هو تقانة إنجازية توصل المتكلم بالمتلقي على نحو يحتمل أو يحتاج إلى كثير من وسائل الإنسجام كيما تتحقق فرادة هذه التقانة في أداء موضوعات التداولية الحوارية لأن الإختلاف بين الحوار والدلالة من جهة والتداولية من جهة أخرى إنما هو كالتقابل بين النظام أو اللسان واستعمال هذا النظام.
تناول مباحث هذا الكتاب في الفصل الأول عن سر دالات العلاقة بين شعرية الزمان وتركيب ذلك على النظام في بؤرة التراتب.
وتناول القصل الثاني يدرس الإستلزام الخطابي إذ إنه الأساس الذي ينتظم عليه الحدث الكلامي في أية سلسلة متوالية من مركبات يكون الداخل منها دلالة راسخة تغور في العمق من منوال النحو.
وجاء في الفصل الثالث المبادىء التداولية في التأسيس والتأصيل لأبرز القوانين التداولية الفاعلة التي تعنى بالكفاءة اللسانية أي معرفة المتكلم باشتغال لغته بل تعنى بنظرية في الإنجاز تقول: إن التداولية الحوارية هي العلم بمجموعة من المعارف أو القدرات على استعمال اللغة في مقامها.
وكان الفصل الرابع قد اهتم بمسألة أن إنجازية التفوّه التداولية ليس انقلاباً فكرياً بل هي فكرة إشارية تعنى بوجه الإستعمال الظاهري لدلالة الحوار إنها ذاتية معلنة لمتكلم محتقن يحاول التنفيس عن غائيته في الإحالة إلى إشاريات أو معادات سياقية يكمن دورها في المشاركة بتأسيس صناعة للحوار بحسب إحالاتها التداولية.
أما الفصل الخامس فقد بحث في فكرة المقاصد التداولية بأنواع مؤلفاتها الحوارية. إن التداولية الحوارية هي خطابات مفارقة تمتلك قدراً كبيراً من إمكانات الإيغال على مقارعة المتلقي وقدراً لا بأس به من شطحات المتكلم عندما تستثار عنده الرسالة اللغوية بغية مفاعلة روابطه الخطابية.
