"نحو تجديد الخطاب الإسلامي المعاصر" لفضيلة العلامة الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد هليل... حفظه الله تعالى. ليس بإضافة جديدة لفكرنا ولمكتبتنا الدعوية والإسلامية كمسلمين فحسب لكن إن ما كتب في هذه الأطروحة العلمية إن جاز لي تسميتها هكذا جاءت في يد ولسان فكر رجل عالم يمثل من وجهة نظري ونظر الكثيرين الذين يعملون في حقل الدعوة احد أرصدتنا الثقافية الإسلامية الكبيرة بل يأتي هذه الأطروحة أو هذا الكتاب من فارس من فرسان الدعوة الإسلامية في عصرنا الحالي فهو عالم فذ وخطيب مصقع خبر الدعوة وشجونها وسبر غورها وشئونها من فوق المنابر معلماً ومرشداً ووزيراً للأوقاف ثم قاضيا للقضاة بالمملكة الأردنية فهو في كل مناصبه العديدة لا تملك إلا أن تنصب لكلامه إذا تكلم وتستشعر غزارة فكره إذا حدّث ويهتز قلبك وفكرك معاً إذا أمسك بطرف الحديث لتنسج منه ثوباً قشيباً من الإقناع العقلي والروحي مما يجعلك تتمنى إلا ينتهي من كلامه... وعالمنا الجليل وهو يطرح عصارة فكه وخلاصة تجربته في هذه الأطروحة يعرج بنا على أسس وثوابت في خطابنا الإسلامي وما يجب أن يتجدد فيه؟ ومن الذي يجدد؟ بل ويعقل العالم المنطيق والمربي الذي خير أساليب الخطاب يوثق ويؤصل لنا أين هي مواطن التجديد؟ وكيف تكون في كل علوم الشريعة؟ - ولا ينبؤك مثل خبير - قيمة العقل في الإسلام وحقوق الإنسان وبالذات المرأة حتى تتكمل الفائدة.
إني وبعد مطالعتي لهذه الأطروحة المفيدة في هذا الشأن أرى أن يدرس هذا الكتاب في معاهد إعداد الدعاة وفي كليات أصول الدين في وزارات الدعوة والأوقاف للدعاة الجديد حتى يستفيدوا من عصارة فكر فارس من فرسان الحلبة في عصرنا ونحن جميعاً في إنتظار مثل هذه الأطروحات من عالمنا الجليل د. أحمد هليل، وأرى كذلك أن تقوم دراسات عديدة من جانب وسائل الإعلام المسموعة والمقروءة والمرئية على هذه الأطروحة المتميزة كي تستفيد منها قطاعات كثيرة في حاجة لمثل هذه الافكار الجادة العلمية المدروسة.
