Book Description
بهاء الله هو "الميرزا حسين علي"، كان أكبر أولاد الميرزا عباس النوري وزير الدولة. ولد في طهران يوم 12 نوفمبر سنة 1817م. وتلقي تعليمه البسيط في المنزل ولما بلغ سن الثانية والعشرين توفي والده وأرادت الحكومة أن تسند إليه منصب والده في الوزارة لكنه رفض هذا المنصب. وفي السابعة والعشرين من عمره اعتنق البابية وصار معروفاً بكونه أمد مروجي البابية فحبس مرتين لأجل ذلك.
وفي عام 1852 نفي إلى بغداد برفقة أسرته وعدد من المؤمنين بالبابية. وفي سنة 1863 أعلن بهاء الله لأتباعه بأنه هو الموعود الذي أخبر بظهوره الباب وأنه هو المختار الذي اختاره الله والموعود الذي أخبرت بمجيئه جميع رسل الله.
كما أعلن بهاء الله أنه موعود جميع الرسل وأنه هو المظهر الإلهي الذي في عصره يتأسس حكم السلام. وآثار بهاء الله الكتابية كثيرة فهي تبحث في كل شأن من شؤون الحياة البشرية سواء أكانت فردية أم اجتماعية، مادته أم روحانية وتبحث في تفسير الكتب المقدسة القديمة والحديث وتبحث في النبوات الخاصة بالمستقبل القريب والبعيد.
وهذا المجلد يضم كتابين، الأول هو "الكلمات المكنونة" وقد كتبه بهاء الله أوقات العزلة التي عاشها حيث كان يذهب للنزهة على شاطئ دجلة، وهي كما يزعم تضم نصائح حكيمة كانت عوناً وشفاء للقلوب الجريحة المتألمة. أما الكتاب الثاني الذي يضمه هذا المجلد فهو دراسة عن الدين "البهائي" قدمها المؤلف للتعريف ببهاء الله وكيفية ظهوره وإدعائه النبوة.
