في الحقيقة أنا أيضاً لسن أدري ما ينبغي تسمية هذا الموجز؟ أمذكرات مسافر؟ أم مذكرة قصيرة لقصة طويلة؟ أو صرخة استنجاد خارجة من حنجرة إنسان يشعر بثقل عبء التاريخ، ويتحسس العذاب والألم على عظام سواعده الهزيلة المتهشمة، وهو غير قادر على الصراخ؟ لست أدري، ولكن قبل كل شيء يجب أن أقول بالتأكيد بأن هذا الموجز لا يمثل تحقيقاً أو بحثاً علمياً مطولاً وجامعياً يستند على المصادر الأكاديمية مطلقاً، بل إنه شيء كقول جلال آل أحمد رحمه الله (يشبه صهيل الفرس قبل بدئ الزلزال). كلا، لا يصلح مثل هذا التشبيه، بل إنه أشبه بصرخة طائر أصيب برصاصة في عظم جناحه وهو ملحق في الجو وينزف دمه المتدفق من جرحه الحار في الجو وصوته ولا يشبه تغريد الطيور بل يشبه صيحات إنسان متفجر بات لا يطيق تكدس الآلام. قد يمكن إطلاق مثل هذا التعبير على هذا الموجز، فإن كان هذا الموجز جيداً ومؤثراً فإن ذلك لا يعود إلى نمط الكتاب، وإنما بسبب خطر الكارثة التي نواجهها، أريدك أوعى من أن تكون بحاجة إلى مثل هذه الصرخة المتكسرة لإيقاظك.
