"طريق النساك" للأب إسبير وجبور، كتاب يجمع بين دفتيه نصوص لاهوتية هي بمثابة دستور للإيمان المسيحي ولسر التدبير الإلهي. يأتي هذا الكتاب ترجمة لنصوص الكاتب الروسي "تيتوكولياندر" ولد في بطرسبرغ، علماني النزعة، ولكن أحب الروحانيات فخرج متلألئاً بأنوار الإيمان.
صدر هذا الكتاب أول مرة في العام 1782 في اللغة اليونانية على أيدي قديسين فاضلين هما مكاريوس اسقف كورنثوس ونيقود يموس الراهب الروسي ويحتوي على أفضل المختارات الروحية من الآباء القديسين الذين عاشوا بين القرنين الرابع والرابع عشر، فكان هذا الكتاب القوت اليومي لعشاق التقوى ولا يزال.
جاء الكتاب في عشرة فصول وفقاً للعناوين الآتية: الفصل الأول: قرار أولي، الفصل الثاني: لا تتكلموا على أنفسكم، الفصل الثالث: بستان القلب، الفصل الرابع: قتال صامت، الفصل الخامس: الكفر بالذات، الفصل السادس: اجتثاث رغبة الإستمتاع، الفصل السابع: نقل حبنا لذاتنا إلى المسيح، الفصل الثامن: الإحتراز من عودة العدو، الفصل التاسع: النصر على العالم، الفصل العاشر والأخير خطايا الاخرين وخطايانا.
