كتيب يتحدث عن جرائم أميركة في حروبها بشتى بقاع العالم بدءاً بجنوب شرق آسيا ومروراً ببعض دول أميركة اللاتينية فصربيا وانتهاء بأفغانستان والعراق.
بعد المقدمة خصص المؤلف فصلاً للاعتداءات الأميركية إلى فيتنام ولاووس وكمبودية وذكر الفظائع التي أوقعتها بها وبالسكان المدنيين ثم تحدث عما فعلته أميركة بعدوانها على تشيلي ثم فنزويللا حين دعمت الدكتاتوريين الموالين لها وأسقطت الأنظمة الديمقراطية فهيا لأنها لا توافق سياستها.
وتوقف طويلاً بشكل نسبي عند حرب حلف شمال الأطلسي على صربيا بدعم أميركة، التي سحقت الآمال الصربية وزعماء المنطقة، وذكر كيف سيطرت على إقليم كوسوفو.
وفي حديثه عن دخول أميركة إلى أفغانستان بين ما صنعت فيها من عدوانات وكيف اتفقت مع قوات تحالف الشمال على غزو البلاد وفتكت بالمدنيين وبررت ما فعلت بحجج واهية.
وكان فصل الكتيب الأخير عن العراق، وكان أكبر الفصول، أورد فيه المؤلف تفصيلات دقيقة وتوقف عند موقف أميركة من صدام حسين وأسلحة الدمار الشامل والحجج الأميركية الواهية بهذا الصدد وأشار إلى الأكاذيب التي لفقتها أميركة من أجل تسويغ حربها على العراق، ومشى المؤلف بالأحداث متسلسلاً فيها حتى النهاية.
ختم المؤلف لحثه بتلخيص ما جاء فيه مؤكداً على خلاصة الجرائم الأميركية في قتل العزل واستعمال الأسلحة الفتاكة الضارة المحرمة دولياً.
علينا أن نكون جريئين بتوجيه النقد القاسي لسياسة الأميركيين التي اتبعوها منذ الحرب العالمية الثانية، وهو نقد ميسر.
كيف يمكننا أن نصدق حسن نواياهم في الوقت الذي يسوغون فيه أعمالهم بالأكاذيب؟
أيمكننا أن ندعم الديكتاتوريين دون أن يتأثر العالم؟
تكشف نظرية الحرب الوقائية الإرادة الأميركية الجشعة للسيطرة مع الاستخفاف التام بحياة غير الأميركيين.
لذا فمن حق سكان البلدان التي وقعت ضحية الاعتداءات الأميركية أن يشكوا بقيم الديمقراطية الأميركية.
