هذا كتاب في علم الحديث النبوي الشريف، جمع المصنف فيه الكثير من أحاديث النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فصار مرجع العامة في الدرس والحفظ والتعلم، ومرجع الخاصة في نقولاتهم العلمية. ولأهمية فقد اعتنى عبد الحميد الدرويش بتحقيق نصوصه، بعزو الآيات القرآنية المذكورة فيه إلى مواضعها في السور مع أرقامها، وتخريج الأحاديث من مصادرها التي أشار إليها المصنف وكما جاءت في بعض المصنفات الحديثة الأخرى. فذكر قبل كل حديث درجته من الصحةو الحسن أو الضعف كما حكم عليه أهل الفن، مع الإشارة إلى كل درجة برمز خاص.
وضبطته بالشكل كاملاً لتسهل قراءته على القارئ. وشرح غريبه ليسهل فهمه، وقام بترقيم الموضوعات في كتبها، والكتب في فصولها ترقيماً يساعد الباحث في دراسته، وقد ذيله بفهارس متعددة تمكن الباحث من الاستفادة مما حواه من خير عميم.
