قالَ لي الببّغاءُ: حكاية قديمةٌ قرأتُها منذُ سنين عن ببغاءٍ متحذلقٍ سليطِ اللّسانِ ، لا يعجبهُ العجبُ ولا ظواهرُ المجتمعِ، لديه قدرةٌ عجيبةٌ على استثارةِ غضبِ الفتياتِ ذواتِ الأصباغِ والأزياءِ، ويقفُ بالمرصادِ لكلِّ شابٍّ شذَّ عن طوقِ الأعرافِ، يعيبُ على الآباءِ طريقةَ تربيتهمْ للأبناءِ، ويعيبُ على الأبناءِ إهمالهمْ لإرشاداتِ ذويهمْ
كانَ يردّدُ الشّعرَ والغناءَ، يتلو آياتٍ من القرآنِ، ويبرعَ في تقليدِ خطيبِ الجمعةِ بصراخهِ ووعيدهِ؛ إنْ أنتَ آذيتَ الحيوانَ.
قرّرَ ذاكَ الببّغاءُ الهجرةَ إلى شمالِ الكوكبِ، عبثاً حاولَ الأهالي إقناعهُ بأنّهُ ليسَ من الطّيورِ المهاجرةِ كما أنَّ الفصلَ الآنَ غيرَ ملائمٍ لكنّهُ أصرَّ على الرَّحيلِ.
ومضتِ الأعوامُ، وتتالتِ الفصولُ ذاتَ ربيعٍ عادَت إليهمْ أربعةُ طيورٍ كلّ منهمْ ذلكَ الطائر! زالتْ دهشةُ الجميعِ عندما أخبرهمْ بأنّهُ قد تمَّ استنساخهُ من قبلِ جهة معيّنةٍ خارجية "موتورةٍ" متقدّمةٍ علميّاً تسعى للقضاءِ على "الإرهابِ" بالعالمِ.
ومنذُ ذلكَ الحين وكلُّ ببّغاءٍ بما لديهِ ينضحُ وانقسمَ النّاسُ بين طيورٍ مغرّدةٍ على تويتر وفيس بوك وأخرى جارحة ٍبمخالبَ من نارٍ وحديدٍ، وأخرى لدجاجٍ أليفٍ يذبحُ كلَّ حينٍ، وأخرى لطيورٍ مهاجرةٍ تهاجرُ دون َأنْ تعودَ في الفصولِ الدّافئةِ، لأنّهُ لم يعدْ هناك دفءٌ لا في الفصولِ ولا في الخيامِ.
وصار َديدنُ الجيلِ الصّاعدِ أن يقلّدَ تلكَ الطيورَ بأصواتِها وحركاتِها، بألحانِها ونعيقِها.
ليتحوّلَ البشرُ في نهايةِ الرّوايةِ إلى ببغاواتٍ مقلِّدةٍ لذاكَ الببّغاء المستنسخ من الجهاتِ الأربعِ.
