ولأن هدف مكتبة لبنان ناشرون نشر العلم والمعرفة على جميع المستويات، فقد كلفتني بوضع وإخراج معجم مصور للطلاب يعلم ويوضح بالصور والشروحات التطورات الحديثة في حقوق العلم كافة لكي يروا بالعين المجردة التصنيع الحديث للأوائليات وكذلك أصول العلوم. وبناءً لما تقدم فقد صممت مجموعة متنوعة من اللوحات الملونة مستنداً على أحدث وأهم المراجع العلمية ووضعت لها المصطلحات المناسبة باللغة العربية المتداولة والشائعة,
ولأن هناك الكثير من البلدان الناطقة باللغة الفرنسية ودول أخرى تعتبر من الدول الفرنكوفونية والتي تعتمد اللغة الفرنسية كلغة ثانية وتتداولها في الجامعات والمؤسسات التربوية والكليات والشركات الصناعية والمجتمعات الإنسانية وغيرها، ألحقت في آخر المعجم مسرداً ألفبائياً ثنائي اللغة (عربي-فرنسي)، الغاية منه تقوية الطالب العربي بالفرنسية كلغة ثانية.
ويجد الطالب في أول المعجم فهرساً بعناوين اللوحات العلمية الملونة وبجانبها أرقام صفحاتها (بالرقم الروماني) لتسهيل إيجاد طلبه ضمن المواضيع العديدة المبينة فيه.
