لا يخفي أن الواجب على العلماء الأخذ بأخبار الثقات الممدوحين بالأمانة والوثاقة ممن يحصل الاطمئنان بصدقهم، ومن جملة الثقات الذين هم كذلك ثقات الشيعة، فلا ينبغي للفقيه ولكل من يروم تعلم الفقه الإسلامي ومعرفة نظمه ومناهجه في شؤون الحياة، الإعراض عن أحاديثهم وترك الروايات الموثوق بصدورها المخرجة في جوامعهم لمجرد أن في سندها شيعي أو موال لأهل البيت أو راوٍ لشيء من فضائلهم، كما أنه لا يجوز الاتكال على أخبار الكذابين والوضاعين، فلا يجوز للباحث في الفقه والأحكام الشرعية الإعراض عن هذا العلم الجم الموجود عند شيعة أهل البيت عليهم السلام.
وسنحاول في هذا المختصر إيراد بعض ما يدل على وجود أتابع الأئمة الإثنى عشر من أهل بيت النبوة والعترة الطاهرة عليهم السلام برواياتهم، والأحاديث المخرجة عنهم في أصول الشيعة وجوامعهم المعتبرة فعمدنا إلى إخراج بعض الأحاديث الواردة عن طريق إخواننا أهل السنة الدالة من وجهة نظرهم على حجية أقوالهم ومذاهبهم واجماعاتهم في الفقه، وكل المسائل الشرعية.
إذا تأمل القارئ فيما نذكره في هذا الكتاب، وتتبع مصادر الشيعة وكتب حديثهم وفقههم، إن لم يصدق شيئاً فيصدق على الأقل أن اجماع فقهاء الشيعة في كل مسألة من المسائل الفقهية-كهذه المسائل التي ذكرها الفخر-كاشف عن إجماعات عترة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم، ومن رأيهم ومذهبهم فيها.
وخلاصة القول: أن ما يدور حوله البحث في هذا الرسالة أمران: الأول: وجوب الأخذ بأحاديث أهل البيتـ وما رواه عنهم أعلام الشيعة بطريقهم المعتبرة المعتمدة في جوامعهم. الثاني: حجية أقوالهم ومذاهبهم وآرائهم بل ,أفعالهم، ووجوب اتباعها والرجوع إليهم والسؤال منهم والتمسك بهم وتقديم قولهم على غيرهم.
