"نصيحة اللبيب في مرائي الحبيب" مخطوط حول (الرؤية) للشيخ العالم الإمام نور الدين... بن الحسن الأكبر بن علي بن أبي طالب الحسني المعروف بالسمهودي، نزيل المدينة المنورة، وعالمها، ومؤرخها ومدرسها، وقد تتلمّذ على يديه من الطلبة عدد كثير حتى صار بعضهم من الأئمة الكبار كإبن فهد الهاشمي المكي الشافعي، وكالإمام ابن البيكار المقدسي.
وهذا الكتاب هو صورة ما كتبه الشيخ الإمام عن المرائي التي نسبت إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وبعضها - برأي المؤلف - يخالف شريعته صلى الله عليه وسلم المحفوظ عنه في حال اليقظة، بحسب مدلول الألفاظ التي نسبت إليه، حيث يورد ألفاظ في الحديث أحدها "أن تعتقد أن ذلك الظاهر المتبادر إلى الأذهان من تلك الألفاظ وصدور تلك الألفاظ الدالة على ذلك منه صلى الله عليه وسلم"، أي أنه يحاول إثبات أمور اعتقد حقيقتها مستنداً في ذلك إلى منام مع شهادة الشريعة المحفوظة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ببطلاتها، كإعتقاده أن ظواهر الألفاظ مخالفة لما تقرر في الشريعة، وإعتقاده بعدم صدور بعض الألفاظ عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لمخالفة شريعته، وتدوين ذلك ووقوع العوام في جعل ما ليس بشرع شرعاً بسبب إسماعه لهم تلك المرائي، وإستدلالهم على ذلك بما يقدمه من ألفاظ يقول فيها قال: صلى الله عليه وسلم... وتفسيرها بغير معناها الحقيقي.
وبكلام آخر يحاول هذا الكتاب البحث فيما نسب إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم مما يخالف ما نص عليه في حال يقظته وما انعقد من الإجماع على خلافه، وفي هذا تضليل للأمة، وقد قال صلى الله عليه وسلم "لا تجتمع أمتي على ضلالةٍ" فظاهر الحديث غير باطنه، وكثير مما يذكره الرائي ويتم تفسيره يخالف الشرع ومن الخطأ نسبته إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم هذا ما يحاول الكتاب توضيحه في "وجوب الحذر والإحتياط من الكذب على النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام في المرائي".
