Book Description
حضارة كل شعب هي عبارة عن مجموع معتقداته وأخلاقه وسلوكه الذي كلما اقترب به نحو المعايير العلمية والمنطقية أصبح أقرب إلى المدنيّة، وكلما ابتعد عن العلم والمنطق أصبح أكثر بعداً عن المدنيّة. هذا وينبثق اختلاف الحضارات عادة من اعتقاد الأقوام والشعوب والأحزاب والجماعات، ثم وكل فرد بصحة آرائه وأحقية معتقداته وأخلاقه وسلوكه دون الآخرين. لذا، وإذا لم يعالج هذا الداء فإنه يفضي إلى الصراع بين الحضارات وربما يؤدي في الظروف الراهنة إلى تدميرها جميعاً بسبب ما تملكه القوى الكبرى من أسلحة الدمار الشامل.
وهنا يمكن القول بأن أحد السبل الرئيسية لإزالة التوتر على الصعيد الدولي يكمن في النظرة الواقعية وتقليص الاختلافات عن طريق الحضارات إلى الموازين العقلية والأخلاقية، وفلسفة حوار الحضارات لا تعني شيئاً غير ذلك. وبعبارة أخرى: إن الهدف من حوار الحضارات هو التوصل إلى فكر أفضل من أجل إيجاد حياة أفضل.
وانطلاقاً من هذه المعطيات كانت دعوة رئيس الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية، لإطلاق تسمية "حوار الحضارات" على عام 2001، وذلك مع مصادقة منظمة الأمم المتحدة. ويتضح في ضوء التسمية أعلاه، بالإضافة إلى ما سبق، بأن حوار الحضارات وهدفه وأسلوبه يعدّ كواحد من المباحث الجادّة في ثقافة القرن الحادي والعشرين، خاصة وأن اقتراح هذه التسمية تقدّم به نظام له جذور منبثقة من ثورة ثقافية عميقة اسمها الإسلام.
وانطلاقاً من هذه النظرية فإن تبيان رؤى الدين الإسلامي فيما يخص حوار الحضارات أمر يهم كل من يفكر ويعنى بهذا الاتجاه الثقافي في هذا القرن. وتلبية لهذه الحاجة المستجدّة الإسلامية الإيرانية السيد محمد الخاتمي، وليكون مؤثراً في تخفيف حدّة التوتر وفي إرساء الانسجام، والوئام في العالم، وخاصة في البلدان الإسلامية، على أمل أن يستلهم العالم من توجيهات الإسلام الواهبة للحياة تمهيداً لسبيل الارتقاء نحو حياة أفضل.
