Book Description
يقول أبي عبد الله محمد بن راشد القفصي (ت 736هـ)، عن "المذهب في ضبط مسائل المذهب" (وضعت هذا المجموع في علم الفروع...)، وبهذا المعنى يكون موضوع الكتاب فروع علم الفقه الذي يحتاجه المكلف لتطبيق الأحكام الشرعية التي جاءت محددة لمنهجه في الحياة الإسلامية التي يحياها الفرد المسلم سواء منها ما تعلق بتنظيم علاقته بربه أو علاقته بمن حوله في الأسرة أو المجتمع أو علاقة دولته بغيرها من الدول.
يشتمل هذا الكتاب على الأبواب الفقيهة المعهودة في العبادات والمعاملات، كما تدل على ذلك النصوص المنقولة عنه، وجزء قليل من العبادات الخاصة بالجهاد والنذور والأضحية والعقيقة والأطعمة والأشربة.
ولأهمية هذا الأثر دأب على تحقيقه ودراسته الدكتور محمد بن الهادي أبو الأجفان فافتتح الكتاب بمقدمة ترجم فيها لإبن راشد القفصي فأفاد حيث أبرز اهمية هذا العالِم وما بلغ به نصيبه من العلم ثم عرض مسائل الكتاب ورجع بها لمصادرها، في أسلوب منهجي رصين معتمداً في ذلك على التوثيق والتصحيح.
هذا، وقد اشتملت الموضوعات المحققة في ضبط مسائل المذهب: كتاب الطهارة وأركان الوضوء والغسل وباب في التيمم وباب في إزالة النجاسة وكتاب الصلاة وكتاب الجنائز وكتاب الزكاة... مع التقديم لمذهب ابن مالك.
وبناءً على هذا الجهد استطاع محقق الكتاب في دراسته لكتاب "المذهب" لإبن راشد تقريب مسائل مذهب إمام دار الهجرة "مالك ابن أنس"، والتعريف بمكنوناته وفرائده ما يشكل إضافة مهمة إلى المكتبة العربية والإسلامية.
