وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة في مقدمة وفصلين وخاتمة، بالإضافة إلى النص الأصلي للمسرحية؛ وجاء توزيع الفصول على الشكل التالي:
-الفصل الأول: "مارون نقاش: رائد المسرح العربي".
-الفصل الثاني: "البخيل - أبو الحسن المغفَّل أو هارون الرشيد - السليط الحسود".
أما الخاتمة فتضمنت النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة.
