Book Description
إنه لا علم، بعد العلم بالله وصفاته، أشرف من علم الفقه، وهو المسمى بعلم الحلال والحرام، وعلم الشرائع والأحكام، له بعث الرسل ونزل الكتب؛ إذ لا سبيل إلى معرفته بالعقل دون معونة السمع.
وإلى هذا، فالفقه في الدين من أفضل ما يتنافس فيه ويطلب، ويثابر على السعي في تحصله ويرغب؛ لأنه به صلاح العبد في معاشه ومعاده، وبه يهتدي من غيّه.
وقد كثرت تصانيف العلماء في هذا الفن قديماً وحديثاً، وكلهم أنادوا وأجادوا، وكان من بين هؤلاء الأئمة، المقتفين آثار الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم الإمام العلامة محمد بن علي الشوكاني، فقد ألف كتاباً فريداً؛ ونسج في طرحه منهجاً سديداً، فجمع في مختصره المسمى: "الدرر البهية في المسائل الفقهية" أغلب الأحكام الشرعية، قاصداً بذلك جمع المسائل الفقهية التي صحّ دليلها، واتضّح سبيلها بإجتهاده، تاركاً - فيما أوصله إجتهاده - ما كان منها من محض الرأي، فأتى هذا الجمع بتحقيقات فقهية علمية، كان لها الوقع الحسن والأثر الطيب عند أصحابها.
ثم شرع الإمام الشوكاني بشرح هذا المختصر، لتقريبه لمن أراد الإستزادة من الكتاب والأثر، وسماه "الدراري المُضيّة - شرح الدرر البهية"، فجاء بشرحٍ لم يسبقه أحد بمثاله.
من هنا، كان لا بد من الإعتناء بهذا الكتاب وخدمته خدمة علمية من خلال عملية تحقيق اعتمدت التالي: "ضبط النص على مطبوعة محمد عبد السلام القباني لإعتماده فيها على نسخة قديمة كتب في عهد المؤلف تعلم العلامة محمد بن أحمد الشاطبي".
بالإضافة إلى الإستعانة بطبقات أخرى، "ضبط النص"، "التقديم للكتاب بترجمة للمؤلف وعصره"، "وضع مقدمات للكتاب تكون كالمدخل له"، توصل القارئ إلى مبتغاه ومقصوده، كترجمة المؤلف، والتعريف بمتن الكتاب وشرحه"، "إضافة مقدمة لأبرز المجتهدين الواردة أسمائهم في الكتاب"، "تصويب ما وقع في المطبوع من التصحيف والتحريف في كثير من المواضع"، "شرح الكلمات الغريبة"، "تخريج جميع الأحاديث التي أوردهما الشارح".
