دراسةٌ لجانبٍ من جوانب أحكام فريضة الزكاة، وهي ركنُ الإسلام الثالثُ، ولا بدّ من التعامل معها وَفْق مراد الله تعالى، ومن ذلك إبطال صور التحايل لأجل التهرب من الزكاة في ظلِّ انتشار الفتاوى الشاذّة والانحدار الأخلاقي؛ اللذَين أسّسا لكثير من صور التهرُّب من الزكاة بواسطة الحِيَل. لقد بيّنتْ هذه الدراسة المقصود بالحيل عامة، وبحيل الزّكاة خاصة، مع تمييزها عما يشتبه بها، وتطرّقتْ إلى أنواع الحيل وأقسامها ووسائلها وصورها، وإلى اعتراء الأحكام الفقهيّة الخمسة لها، وقدّمتْ جملة من القواعد التي تؤسِّس للتعامل مع حيَل الزكاة وتمييزها وضبطها؟ وجاء ذلك كله في أربعة فصولٍ أعقبتْ مقدمةً تناولتْ أهمية الدِّراسة وأسبابها، وأهم المتعلِّقات البحثية للدِّراسة، وتلتها خاتمةٌ احتوتْ على عددٍ من النتائج والتوصيات.
