ولكن تحقيق هذا الهدف - تشكيل الوعي - عبر آلية تقنية هي الإنترنت، وبمضامين المعلوماتية يبقى نسبياً إذا ما طبّق على مجتمع محدود ولا يصبح تأثيره كاملاً إلا عبر مخاطبة المجتمع الإنساني كلّه فلا يبقى خارجاً عن سيطرته أحد مهما كان في دولة متقدمة أو من دول العالم الثالث.
من هنا، كانت العولمة، الثقافية والإعلامية والسياسية والإقتصادية هي المحيط الذي تخضع له العملية كاملة، فالعولمة فيضان معلوماتي لا يقف عند حدود معينة لأن الإنترنت لا حدود لقدرتها على إيصال معطيات الثورة المعلوماتية إلى المجتمع، إن الديمقراطية الرقمية سياسياً والتجارة الإلكترونية إقتصادياً والصحافة الإلكترونية إعلامياً كأداة، هي ما يتحدث عنه هذا الكتاب فهو كتاب لا يستغني عنه قارئي معاصر يواكب العصر يستخدم آلية الإنترنت بمضامين المعرفة الإنسانية كلياً مبرمجة ومسرعة وشاملة شمولية العولمة بهدف تشكيل الوعي الإنسان عبر نمطيه معينة تحددها الجهات المسيطرة والموجهة لإدارة العالم عبر الرأسمالية والليبرالية والإقتصاد الحر فهو كتاب جدير بالقراءة لقارئي جديد بمواكبة عصره وحتى ولو كان لا يريد ذلك فالعولمة سنغرقه بفيضانها شاء أو أبى.
