Book Description
صاحب هذه الرسالة هو "أبي زيد القيرواني" الإمام العلامة الفقيه، عام أهل المغرب، أبو محمد، عبد الله بن أبي زيد، القيرواني المالكي، ويقال له مالك الصغير، وكان أحد من برز في العلم والعمل. قال القاضي عياض: حاز رئاسة الدين والدنيا، ورحل إليه من الأقطار، وكثر الآخذون عنه، وهو الذي لخص المذهب، كانت له مؤلفات كثيرة منها كتاباً "الرسالة" الذي نقلب صفحاته والذي قام بشرحه الإمام الفقيه النفراوي ووسمه بـ "الفواكه الدوائي".
وقد قام ابن أبي زيد القيراني في الرسالة بيان جملة مختصرة من واجب أمور الدين، مما تنطق به الألسنة، وتعتقده القلوب، وما يتصل بالواجب من ذلك من السنن: من مؤكدها، ونوافلها، ورغائبها، وشيء من الأدب منها، وجمل من أصول الفقه وفنون على مذهب الإمام مالك بن أنس، وطريقته، مع ما سهّل سبيل ما أشكل من ذلك من تفسير الراسخين، وبيان المتفقهين، وذلك بنية تعليم المسلم وتفهمه دين الله وشرائعه. وقد ساقه المؤلف بلغة مبسطة بعيدة عن التعقيد ليستفيد منه الولدان والطلاب، وجعله ضمن أبواب الفقه سبق ذلك باباً حول ما تنطق به الألسنة.
