Book Description
تعد القيادة بمثابة الرأس من الجسد والعقل من الرأس، وهي بمثابة سنام الجمل ورأس الحربة، وبدون القيادة الحكيمة والعادلة والقوية في الدولة يضيع الوطن، وبدون القيادة الواعية والمحنكة والهادفة في التنظيم يختلط بنيان التنظيم وتختلط فيه أهدافه برغبات ومصالح العاملين الشخصية، وبدون القيادة المربية واليقظة والرحيمة تضيع الأسرة وتتفكك أواصرها.
لذا، فالقيادة المؤمنة المسلمة، والبصيرة المتفهمة، والحكيمة الراشدة هي رأس كل تنظيم ومفتاح كل نجاح وتفوق، فما أحوج أمتنا الإسلامية إلى القيادات المؤمنة التقية، والبصيرة الحكيمة، والعادلة المحنكة، والحازمة الرحيمة في كل مناحي الحياة السياسية والإقتصادية والإجتماعية والإدارية والتعليمية... إلخ.
لذلك يدعو هذا الكتاب إلى التفكير في القيادة ثم الإستفادة من توجيهات الدين الإسلامي الحنيف نحو القيادة الفاعلة والفعالة، ويلي ذلك الإستفادة من المبادئ والتطبيقات الواردة فيه وما يتناسب مع تلك التوجيهات السامية.
وبناءً عليه، هذا الكتاب القيادة في الإسلام، ثم يتناول القيادة الإدارية والتي هي إدارة الأفراد والمجموعات والتنظيم وموارد العمل نحو الأهداف بأسلوب كفء وفعال يحدث الإلتزام والولاء لإتباع القائد نحو تحقيق أهدافه أو أهداف التنظيم الذي يديره وبالشكل الذي وضعه أو وضع بإشرافه ومساهمته وبحيث يحقق أفضل النتائج.
أما الباب الثاني فَعُنيَّ بممارسات القيادة ومهاراتها الوظيفية كالتخطيط السنوي والدوري وشرح وتوضيح ما يدعى بالتخطيط الإستراتيجي والإدارة الإستراتيجية، ثم تطرق المؤلف في الباب الثالث إلى المهارات الأساسية الهامة للقياديين والمديرين ومن ذلك مهارة الإتصال والتفاعل مع الآخرين، ومهارة التفويض... إلخ.
وجعل الباب الرابع لشرح وتطبيق المهارات الأخرى الداعمة لنجاح القيادي كمهارة إدارة الأزمات وإدارة النزاعات... إلخ.
وهذا الكتاب ومن خلال أبوابه وفصوله المتعددة خصص كمرجع موسع وأيضاً كمرشد عملي للمساعدة على التدريب الذاتي والجماعي لتفهم أنماط وأساليب القيادة المختلفة ووسائلها في إتخاذ القرارات، وتفهم ممارسة وظائف القيادة وتحقيق الأهداف، وإدارة الأفراد والموارد، والتحفيز، وحل المشكلات، والتفويض، وإدارة الوقت، وبناء العمل الجماعي، وحل النزاعات وإزالة الخلافات، وإدارة الأزمات.
