يتوزع الكتاب على عدد من الفصول التي تبدأ بعرض مضمون سوق الأوراق المالية والخصائص التنظيمية للسوق المالية وسيولة السوق وشروط إدراج الأوراق المالية في السوق وأهم البورصات وغيرها ، كما يتناول " التحليل الفني " مضمونه ومبادئه ومزاياه وعيوبه ، ثم يحلل مضمون " نظرية داو جونز " من خلال بيان التحليل الفني في نظرية داو جونز وتركيب نظرية داو ، كما يحلل " نظرية تصحيحات فيوناتشي ونظرية موجات إليوت " ، ويركز أهمية " الشموع اليابانية " وأشكالها ، واستخدامات المؤشرات الفنية ، مثل مؤشر القوة النسبية وخارطة قمة الرأس والأكتاف ، ومؤشر الماكد وأشرطة البولينج ... وأهم ما في الكتاب يدور حول " كيفية الإستفادة من التحليل الفني في الأسواق ، من خلال عرض الدعم والمقاومة وتحليل الفجوات السعرية للأسهم واستراتيجية المتاجرة بها ... " .
